Iridescence

An easy/medium 2D Platformer about art and identity.
Iridescence is a game where players progress through the levels as the main character progresses through their quest of self-understanding and expression.
This game is my first-year student project for ESMA Toulouse. It was solely made by me over the course of around 3 months. This includes assets, code, but also the soundtrack, which I made using Musescore4.
The game is playable with a keyboard or an Xbox controller (you can make any controller work by setting up Steam Input).

Iridescence aborde avec subtilité et sensibilité le thème de l'identité à travers l'art. En plus du gameplay et des mécaniques, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la musique. On ressent tout le travail et la passion derrière ce projet. Pour un premier jeu vidéo, à 18 ans, c'est une belle réussite! Bravo! On attend le prochain jeu avec impatience!
